The primary active ingredient in both products is glyphosate. Roundup III contains 2 percent glyphosate plus 2 percent pelargonic. Roundup Concentrate Plus contains 18 percent glyphosate and 0.73 percent diquat, making it ideal for eradicating harder-to-kill weeds.
Systemic weedkillers kill from the inside out. When sprayed onto the leaves, they are absorbed and move all around the plant to kill the whole plant – including the roots. This makes them the perfect answer for perennial and difficult to control weeds.
